An authentic country farmhouse north of Bendigo. Updated to provide all creature comforts for people seeking an undisturbed getaway. Our fully renovated farmhouse can accommodate up to 9 people, 3 couples or 2 families. Two bedrooms have queen size beds (the main with an ensuite) and a third bedroom with one double bed and a bunk bed (double with single bunk above). Central bathroom, lounge, kitchen and a return verandah.
Check in time is 1400 and checkout is at 1100 however if you need to checkout later let us know as soon as possible.
Access to the house is via key box. Code given on day of arrival.
Pets are allowed by negotiation depending on type, size, amount. Guide dogs are permitted.
Camp fires permitted in designated fire pit. Please check fire restrictions at

Strictly no smoking inside the house. Please smoke outside.

Learmonths Place is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle. Explore the rich gold mining history of our region or visit historical places such as Carmans Tunnel, Melville Caves and Bendigo.
This has been the best spot for swimming for many generations of Bridgewater residents and with the recent upgrades it continues to be the best place to spend a hot summer's day.
